Designed for Sloping Blocks and Panoramic Views
Set on a significant gradient, the home embraces the natural topography rather than working against it. Ceiling heights rise from 2.7m to 3.2m, enhancing the sense of volume while framing uninterrupted sightlines from front to rear.
A central glass stair void, crowned by a Velux skylight, forms a striking architectural feature, bringing daylight deep into the home. This is complemented by a curved, fluted American oak wall, adding warmth and texture to the contemporary design.
