Fullarton Renovation

A major renovation of a grand Villa and its old ‘lean to’ . Existing floor area wasn’t the issue. The poky layout and ceiling height was. We kept the exterior double brick walls and footing. Changed and updated the poorly arranged internal layout to an open plan with generous kitchen, laundry , mud ,bathroom and bedroom wing.  Used the strength of the existing structure to increase the ceiling height with a new roof that is befitting the traditional house. Skylights work wonders to a south facing living space and kitchen. Amazing what at reno can do !
